How do I reflash the board back to it's initial state ?
I think I screwed up a flash, and nothing appears to be happening (no file share appears on connection). How can I reset the board to it's factory state (e.g. with the button press to change the flash rate).

Download the STM link utility where you have more control over the Flash erase functions on the MCU and you can check if its connecting and working.
