PCB Design
Dear,
I am designing the PCB to plug the board LPC1768, I have grounded all pins which I do not use, do you think it Is a good idea?, should I configure as a digital input and set up to (0)?

I'd leave them no connect. That way nothing blows up if some software is accidentally installed on the mBed that tries to use those pins as outputs.
It also means that if you want to use the pins at a later date you can strap wires to them.
