Nucleo 411 is clocked with 96 MHz and not with 100 MHz
Pls tell me, why the Nucleo 411 is clocked with 96 MHz and not with 100 MHz or how i can switch to 100MHz!

You can import the mbed-src code and change the clock setup code. However are those last 4MHz really that important for you?
Reason it is clocked at 96MHz is that you can divide that to 24MHz, which is required for USB.
