Which is the impedance in the FRDMK20D50M

Hi, I'm trying to connect oone circuit but I dont know the impedance of the freescale. Somebody know this? Thanks forma the help.

Of which pins in which state

Thanks for your interest for help me. The pin is A5 and the state ADC.
