external reset?

Hi,

I work with NXP LPC1768. There exists pin4 - called nR. Can I use this pin4 for an external reset? Is this pulldown oder pullup-.pin?

Just need to pull this down to 'ground' to reset. The n from nR means 'not' or 'zero'.
