SPI Master acting as Slave in other functions
Can a microcontroller(FRDMKL46Z) act as a master in some functions and as slave in others?

Taking into account your other questions, that is SPISlave on one port, doesn't stop it from being for example an I2C master, or SPI master on another port. It cannot be both SPI master and slave on one port (well actually it is possible, but rarely ever a good idea).
