Are any libraries that are compatible with Bluegiga BLE113 ?

Hi Alin,
not yet, but there is one in (early stages of) active development. I sadly can't give you a release date, since there are some issues that need to be worked out first.
We'll send out a big update when the BLE11x library gets released!
