how to create characters for LCD 16x2 for Nucleo-F411RE???

Try use this library; https://developer.mbed.org/cookbook/Text-LCD-Enhanced There is an User Defined Characters (UDC) command..

If you need your own characters, take a look at Mikroe http://www.mikroe.com/glcd-font-creator/
