Any chance of adding support for the K64F board?

I'm using an SPI connected TFT LCD, and the speedup from BurstSPI would be very helpful.

I probably have time to look at it the coming week or so. Probably shouldn't be too much work.

Would the same code changes apply to the K22F Erik?

Yes, and I believe also the K20 has the same SPI. But it is different from the other Freescale boards already supported.
