All pins stay high for mbed 1768

I have a mbed 1768 that all of its pins (from p5-p30) has 2.3V output when my input voltage is 6V, no matter what program I put into it. I have tried to format it but the same things happens.

I also tried blinky LED sample code, the LED on it does not blink.

WIll, To check your board is working correctly use the USB connector and compile the online blinky program, then tell us how you get on.

Hi David, thank you for your comment. So I used the USB connector and compile the example blinky program, the LED1 is still off and all pins (p5-p30) still out put 2.3V
