Hi, Can I program a MKL26ZVLH4 wiht FRDM-KL25Z?

Probably not. Without checking there may well be differences in the register addresses. You could do a comparison between the two MCU manuals. If the initial set up's and peripheral's are the same for what you want to use then it may work.
