Do all mbed devices have a real time clock

If a platform is an approved mbed platform, does that mean it has a real time clock that with a suitable battery can be left running for long periods of time?

Thanks

To expand Andy's answer,

the device header file is platform specific. You can find there a macro which defines if a platform provides RTC implementation - means that is platform specific.
