Memory card got corrupt after few r/w cycles ?
I am using FRDM K64F uC and I am using micro sd card on it.. After fewer r/w cycles my memory card got corrupted and when I try to format it in ubuntu some I/O write error comes. I had tried with many cards and my 6 sd cards got corrupted but didn't find a solution...Kindly help me on the same

How are you powering the SD card? I've seen that sort of effect when the VCC to the card can't supply enough power during writes.
