Memory size problem?
I recently aquired a F411re board and i'm trying to load basic programms from the online compiler. I read that after i plug the board on the computer it should recognize a memory in which i can upload my ".bin" file into the board. However this memory is already full and appears as a 16 kb memory, so i can't upload anything. What can i do?

Make sure you have the latest version of interface firmware: http://mbed.org/teams/ST/wiki/Nucleo-Firmware

I'm not familiar with the F411 however on some boards you do need to first delete the old .bin file to free space before copying your new file to the device.
