Please redirect your question to the ARM team (nanoservice) https://mbed.org/components/Nanoservice/
Unfortunately they do not publish the full source and only provide a evaluation license. This is kind of strange as at the same time ARM is promoting mbed as open source community.

The mbed SDK, tools and much much more software on mbed.org authored by ARM is Apache 2.0 licensed and we encourage that from the community too. However, not all software on mbed.org is available under a free, permissive use open-source license - it may be unrealistic to expect that.
