Wifly connection lost
Hello
I'm trying to setup an network between my mobile phone and the mbed, using websockets.
So far it works fine, the mbed connects to my wifi network, it connects to the websocket and executes the commands but after a while of programming, debugging, restarting etc... suddenly it can't connect anymore to my wifi network. it just won't pass the while(!wifly.connect()); argument.
Now when i plug everything off, leave it for an hour or two, and plug it in again, it is able to connect again...
Anyone who can fix this annoying bugg?
Regards Robin

Hi Robin,
I've worked with the Wifly module, and I've had some similar behavior - it works fine for some period of time, and then "fails". Resetting it (with its hardwired reset pin), or by cycling power, recovers the network connection. I've had some communication with the support, on the microchip web site (which I would encourage you to do as well). They are aware of some issues, and had some suggestions - configuration changes so it automatically retries the connection if lost, and that sort of thing. You might find more on the Microchip forums that are specific to this module.
