RXD3, TXD3
this device has 3 RXD3,TXD3 lined out to P0_0 P0_1, P0_25 P0_26, and P4_28 P4_29. can i use them together? or if i already use it from P0_0 P0_1, i cant use it from P0_25 P0_26, and P4_28 P4_29? thanks

No, you can only use one of them. There is one peripheral behind them. You can use a 1, 2 and 3 at the same time, but not several with the same number (only one of the RX will be used, and the TX will all behave as if they are one and the same pin, so shorted).
