Small Lab first release

I have just made available the first release of the Small Lab Project (SLab). It is a low cost instrumentation system to learn about electronics using a low cost demonstration board. Current version uses the STM32 Nucleo64 F303RE board and some buffering opamps. The board firmware has been developed on MBED. The PC side software uses Python.
