execute code from the sd card

Hello. In order to easily upgrade my mbed once deployed and handle a modular and dynamic system, i am looking into running executable code stored in the sd card. I would have a program in the flash of the processor, that would handle the search, read and execution of the modules. Any hint on how to do that execution?
