mBed not being read by PC or able to save files

Hello Everyone,

I recently I got a new mBed, and I'm facing the following problems:

(Before anyone ask, it is well plugged in. And it has te lastest Firmware (16457) )

1) When I plug it in the computer, sometimes is not recognized as mBed. 2) If recognized, I might not be able to open it or takes for ever to open the folder. 3) When saving a program to it, it freezes in the process of saving it and then hangs up.

Can anyone give me any suggestions? Maybe how to reset it?

You might try a different browser.

Thanks, internet explorer is working.

I have had this problem today too. I found this when using a USB-HUB when I connect directly to the pc all is well.
