Hi all,
I'm attaching the kl25z to my windows 10 machine, but every about 20-30s the drive detach from windows and will reattach immediatly after.
the drivers are correctly installed; in my ubuntu machine the kl25z board works fine without any problem.
googling I cannot find any solution or any similar topic.
What is the windows' problem? any sugestion of how to fix the problem are welcomed.

This could be a few things. First, could you try connecting the board with a different USB cable as well as using different USB ports on your computer to connect? Sometimes USB cables can lead to faulty connections.
Next, can you try connecting the board to a different computer that is not using Windows 10 (such as Windows 7 or XP)? Some users have had problems with the connections when using Windows 10. This is often because the boards are shipped with outdated firmware (some also have had troubles with Windows 8). Finally, if the suggestions above do not work, you can try updating the firmware for your board:
Next, search for the KL25Z interface firmware from https://armmbed.github.io/DAPLink/, download, and drag and drop the .bin file into the BOOTLOADER drive. The drive should dismount and reconnect as the daplink drive.

*Go to this link https://www.nxp.com/support/developer-resources/run-time-software/kinetis-developer-resources/ides-for-kinetis-mcus/opensda-serial-and-debug-adapter:OPENSDA#FRDM-KL25Z and download the DAPLink bootloader image for the KL25Z. Hold down the reset button and plug the board in (the drive that shows up should be named BOOTLOADER or MAINTENANCE). Delete all files within your BOOTLOADER drive then drag and drop the .bin file into the drive. Wait for the drive to dismount and remount again as BOOTLOADER (if the drive does not automatically dismount, eject the drive, unplug the board, then plug back in).
*Next, search for the KL25Z interface firmware from https://armmbed.github.io/DAPLink/, download, and drag and drop the .bin file into the BOOTLOADER drive. The drive should dismount and reconnect as the daplink drive.
