11u24 HDK circuit supports bareMetal programming?

Hi mBedder's,

Does the circuit in the eagle files in the HDK support the LPC11u24 to be programmed using the on chip usb bootloader? means programming it bare metal?

Just checked the eagle schmatics ,it feels like it should be really possible BUT.....any suggestions ?(maybe include something additional to make the system more stable?!)
