Microsecond delay routine in mbed_rtos?

Hi,

mbed_rtos only provides osDelay(mS) in milliseconds resolution. I need to generate microsecond delay in order to produce higher frequency PWM (in software). Is there any way? Cheers.

Found out by experimenting - wait_us() does the job :)

Which way is the safety to wait in microseconds in RTOS? wait_us() is OK?

I tried wait_us() in main function while running another thread....and found that the wait_us() doesn't stop other thread
