Analog in sampling speed

Can anyone tell me how fast the analogin runs. ie how many samples per sec. How many clock cycles per conversion? As the mbed speed is 96 Mhz I expect there is a simple ratio or am I missing something ?

"12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with input multiplexing among eight pins, conversion rates up to 200 kHz, and multiple result registers. The 12-bit ADC can be used with the GPDMA controller." from LPC1769/68/67/66/65/64/63 datasheet page 2

But it also says "65 clocks per conversion". So does this mean we have to accommodate this ourselves? Or is 65 clocks included in the rate?
