Power LED won't stop blinking - Can't reformart or do anything

Hello guys, I've been using mbed for a few months now, without any problems until today.

First I tried to delete and download something into the mbed, without any luck. I tried a reformat, plugging it while holding the reset button and formatting it, but windows couldn't do it. Tried format using BOOTICE, no luck again. Now, when I plug it the power LED keeps blinking very fast, the windows takes a long time to find it, but it shows without any name, just Removable Disk. And I can't do anything now.

Can anyone help me? I'm using windows 7.

I have experienced this as well, usually after HID code that sends out too many messages, or too many serial packets.

the way I managed to re program was to remove MBED, from P.C., wait a minute, hold down reset, (keep down) plug into P.C., reprogram with 'safe' code cross fingers count to ten then release reset.

sometimes repeating 2 or 3 times.
