I2C clock stretching with LPC1768?

Hi, I am trying to communicate by I2C with mbed as master and a capacitive touch-controller CY8C20110 as slave. Because I am not able to change the content of the register (although I am able to read them) it raised the question whether the mbed support clock stretching? Does anybody know if LPC1768 support clock stretching and if so, which specifications are applied?
