hack for upgrading ram?

Are there any hacks for upgrading the ram?!

or any mbed like alternatives with 128kb or more ram?

32kb is killing me.

You can use some external RAM. I did a write-up here on some FeRAM here. Nowhere near as quick as the onboard stuff but it might serve you?
