Hey ... Someone can help how to the USB pins D+ and D- on the 1768 mbed board.??

Anyone there to help....!! I want to use the USB interface in the LPC1768 for the data transmission. How to configure the USB device... ?? What are the related APIs for that..?? And can we program the LPCmbed offline?? i mean ... using another compiler other than the online compiler??
