Hi everybody!

I am looking for a square color LCD (2.5"x2.5", 6.25" diagonal, or 65mmx65mm, 42,25mm diagonal) or very close to this size to use in flight simulators. Looking at 4D systems stuff I am particularly happy with the features and processor, but none of their dipsplay is square.

IDC LCD does sell them (http://www.idclcd.com/square/index.php) but they do not take the effort to reply on a query. Probabley they are way to expensive anyway....

Anybody any suggestions?

I have also found a small QVGA in Farnell, But have not got a connector yet ! If I get it working I will post.

Hi Ceri,

thanks for informing me on a short notice. I already own the mcustore display, it is indeed a very nice piece of kit!

I had a look at all the suggestions, none of them fits the purpose. For the design I really need an usuable screen area of 64x64 mm (approximately 2.5"x2.5"), and the display itself including the mounting not execeeding 86x86mm (approximately 3.3"x3.3".

If you run into anything, please let me know. So far; thank you very much!
