Dual High Side Driver with Current Sense

The MSK6000RH is a radiation hardened dual 5A radiation hardened high side driver switch module with current sensing output. It is capable of switching up to 5 A maximum current independently controlled by the 5 V logic. Its sensing topology provides a very wide input common mode range, while maintaining highly accurate current sensing capability. The gain of the current sense amplifier is programmed via a single user selectable load resistor. High PSRR and CMRR provide reliable current sense data in a variety of applications. This flexibility makes the MSK6000RH suitable for many demanding load control and monitoring applications. The MSK6000RH is available in a hermetic 26 pin flat pack with straight leads. The MSK6000RH will soon be available to three screening levels: MIL-PRF-38534 Class “K” or Class “H” with an operating range of -55°C to +125°C, or Industrial with a operating range of -40°C to +85°C. The MSK6000RH is an excellent choice for high reliability applications that require accuracy, a wide dynamic range, high circuit density, and maximized efficiency.
