Any recommendations for a connector/ribbon for linking the 14 pins from a LCD display module to a PCB. I'm looking for a pluggable linking cable (ribbon) as my display is mounted on a front panel and the PCB is further back.
The single-in-line socket and ribbon cable system we've adopted seemed to work well on a development system but more recently it seems to cause odd display glitches that go away if it is unplugged and reinserted.
I thought I'd ask here as it seems as if almost everyone uses 14 pin LCDs.
