Piezo Speaker

Has anyone tried a mini piezo speaker with mbed and have a source and part number for a good one? It sounds like the quality and bandwidth varies quite a bit on them.

Found this one at Digikey - but it seems a bit pricey at $5.

I tried a couple of the mini piezo speakers. They work at 3.3V but the volume is very low - the 64ohm regular speakers actually work better on mbed without an amp.
