Changing "Logged in as" name

We have an mbed that is changing users due to a resource shuffle and I (the new user) want  to be able to show that it is I, not the former user, who is logged in.  The former user logged in and then I changed the email and my name, and created a new password in the Profile.  I logged out, logged back in using the new info and was able to get in with no problem.  However the "Logged in as" name remains the former user.  Any ideas?

Hi Barry,

Like most websites, it's not possible to change your username on mbed, sorry.

Thanks Dan.  Ok, so I can't change my user name.  Lets tackle this from another angle.  I want to create my own new account and re-assign this mBed to me.  How can that be done?
