fopen fails on particular filenames (length or dot issue)

Hi,

I'm getting strange problems with the mbed fopen function when reading mp3 files from a SD card.

This works fine: Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers - Learing To Fly.mp3

But this one seems to hang in the fopen function: 001.Led Zeppelin-1971-Led Zeppelin IV-04-Stairway To Heaven.mp3

Is there a length restriction or perhaps it fails on the fact that the 2nd filename has two dots in it?

Any ideas?
