Publishing a program and a library with the same name

I published a library EAQVGAOLED and a demo program to use it with the same name. Revisiting things some time later I found that the Library wasn't in my list of published libraries.
It seems publishing an item of the same name as a previously published item replaces that. A warning might be in order.
