Mark van Raai / Mbed 2 deprecated LC_V1p1_Mouse

Has the Limbic Controller act as a mouse over HID protocol (and wire). Generates absolute position from seat rotation (both shells cumulative), as such disables use of regular mouse.

Executable firmware. Has the chair act as a mouse over HID protocol (and wire). Mouse position correlates to absolute rotation positions of chair (cumulative of both seat-shells). Disables use of regular mouse (because of abs pos).
