Shigeki KOMATSU / Mbed 2 deprecated RPC_TCP_telnet

RPC Over TCP(telnet) Command format is same as serial RPC (not HTTP RPC). Please find attached Test Program(Processing and ActionScript3) at end of this file. Same functionality of Serial RPC via Serproxy.
