Magjack Wiring

Magjack wiring continues to be confusing. The ethernet section of the "Handbook" says that all the passive components have been implemented on the Mbed. Does this mean that when a Magjack is used that the 49.9 ohm terminating resistors are not necessary? The LED's however seem to need 150 ohm series resistors which to me means that all the passives have not been implemented.
