Version with pushbutton to change modes. I added a small capacitor to do elementary debouncing of the interrupt.

This new version works pretty well, even if the following blob is not as nice as in elasticLoop_OSC. New: fraction rendering / first point wait solved (more regular rendering) / better delay calibration.

enabled internal pullup resistor on pin p24 (two state switch to control the threshold mode)

enabled internal pullup resistor on pin p24 (two state switch to control the threshold mode)

Added functionality for two rotary encoders to control the additional mirror delay and the fixed threshold (instead of a potentiometer), and discarded the use of interrupt based switches to change the threshold mode (instead I use a two-state switch)
