4.65 Hz    36000 parts to one cycle and one lasts for .215 S
4.65 Cycles per second * 36000 samples per cycle = 167400 Samples per Second
167400 holds true at 3600 parts to one cycle

Overclocked the mbed to 136 mhz scoreing 218 on the coremark

Got PWM sound working from the twinkle twinkle little star program and redid it to play brother john

Did the 4d systems lcd test

IO speed maxed at 9.8 Mhz with an unrolled loop 8 mhz with no unrolling
