target add LPC11U68

created a LPC11U68 to base. It was corrected because the calculation of "PINMASK" is different on 11U68.

Was delayed because of holiday :D. Accepting it and adding you as developer so you can later on add stuff directly.

That is when they unbreak the compiler for accepting pull requests.

Only beta compiler was broken apparantly.
