GPO pin initializations?

I've been trying to create a small program to toggle the various gpo pin lines on my KL25Z, however I've found this only works for the lower D0 thru D3 signal lines and for some reason the next lines aren't active.

It occurred to me that I might try a couple more troubleshooting steps before leaving this hanging. As a result I double-checked my wiring and discovered the LED's I had put in for D4-D6 were reversed. D'Oh! Now it is working.
