works with rtos timer now and we have all 7 pwms
working code. Uses Timer, so pwm pin 17, 18, and 30 won't work. So only 6 LRAs work on this code.

took at pwm3 (pin 17) so that Timer could run properly. added a lot of debugging printf's.
