Intro
This is the mbed repository for WPI ARC lab's soft finger team. We are using an mbed LPC1768. First task of our project is to write controller code to drive a single pneuflex actuator, referred to as a finger in our case.
We are using a MAC valve ppc5c pressure controller to set control the actual pressure inside the finger, this controller is controlling the controller however. Flex sensors, which change resistance based on amount of bend in the sensor, are attached to the bottom passive layer of the finger to give positional feedback.
