problem with dp83848
i have a prototype board to use in developing instrumentation for monitoring generators and turbines in power plants.
schematic, photos, and test program are found here https://mbed.org/users/bobengle/notebook
the test program always fails at ethErr = eth.setup(30000);
can anyone who has got there own board with the lpc1768 and the dp83848 look over the schematic and tell me what the potential error of my ways is?
