How do i read all IP packets coming on the ethernet port.

I do not know what exactly you mean but if you're looking for a packet analyzer you can try Wireshark
- basic info about Wireshark https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wireshark
- a basic tutorial you can found on Youtube
