Recurrent bug: L6636E

Hi,

my compiler insists on returning this error:

Error: L6636E: Pre-processor step failed for '/extras/mbed-os.lib/targets/TARGET_Maxim/TARGET_MAX32625/device/TOOLCHAIN_ARM_STD/TARGET_MAX32625_NO_BOOT/MAX32625.sct'

I believe it is some compilation time failure, sometimes if I try to compile the same code repeatedly, it disappears, but in the sequence it returns. I'm using a board from Maxim to MAX32625 with a Cortex M4.
