NUCLEO-G071RB Support
Hi, I would like to point out how disappointing the support is from both mbed and ST.
The ST NUCLEO-G071RB board is marketed as being 'Arm® Mbed Enabled™ compliant' but we cannot find this platform listed anywhere on the mbed site.
When asked about this to ST MCU Support Team, their answer was: "My understanding is that the board support can only be added by MBED, and that it isn't until MBED adds the particular board that it would be available for selection and use in their tools..."
When asked about this to Arm Mbed, their responses were: "The board series, Nucleo-G07xx, are not listed in https://os.mbed.com/platforms/, therefore it's not Mbed Enabled."
And then when we requested to get this added by mbed: "Partners like ST are responsible for adding platform support and request approval to be added as 'Mbed Enabled'... In the case of the NUCLEO-G0xx, there is no software support from ST in Mbed OS, therefore this is something that the ST team needs to consider first. We'd suggest developers to contact ST and request the board to be added to Mbed OS."
Basically just finger pointing! Responses like these are not helpful for developers using mbed. Very disappointed at this low quality of support from both mbed and ST.
