stm32f103rb
which camera is suitable to use for stm32f103rb and codes?

I recommend to work with another board because the stm32f103rb is very limited with RAM (20kB) and flash (64 or 128kB). This is not suitable for image processing. PS: The subject "stm32f103rb" is not good, maybe "stm32f103rb and camera support".
It is also a question if the project should be battery powered or using regular power adapter. Regards
