Can't login to Mbed Studio , connect ETIMEDOUT 18.196.112.108:443

I'm getting this message when trying to login. I can login to the mbed site just fine (obviously).

Any ideas? Have I got some sort of firewall/proxy issue?

Hi, yes probably proxy issue. I had same issue in the job and was solved after I connect via the hotspot of my phone.

I worked around it by connecting through public internet, just to get logged in, then reverting back to my work network (without shutting down the IDE). Everything worked fine.

If anyone from Mbed is reading, it would be nice to know what I should tell my IT folks so that I didn'tg have to use this workaround. Not a big deal though.
